General questions

1.	Where can I view the products in person? 44 Stanley Johannesburg
2.	What is the lead time for my order? Most of our products are made to order and take 6-8 weeks or sooner depending on their complexity. Send us a mail and we will let you know if we have stock or not.
3.	Do you install? Sadly we do not install, but all products that need to be come with instructions. If you need any advice we are always available to answer questions or help troubleshoot any problem

1.	Can I specify RAL and PANTONE colours? Sadly not, we use only available powder coat colours and standard glazes.
2.	Can I order a different timber than oak? We prefer to use sustainably harvested oak that is durable and beautiful.
3.	Can I order the ceramic in different glazed colours? Coloured glazes are never the same, so we keep to white for consistency.
4.	What Height can the STILT Light reach to? The standard height it can extend to is 3500mm, but if you need it higher, please get in contact and we can make a plan.
5.	Can the STILT Light be used on a plasterboard ceiling? We would not recommend it, its best on fixed or solid ceilings or on exposed cross members.
6.	Can I customise the TILT light's length? Sure! We can make it shorter, but not longer than the standard 1700mm total length.
7.	What type of wall can the TILT light bolt on to? Only solid masonry walls, sadly not on drywalls.
